Mr. Boll is a founding partner and President of the firm. He is an AV-Rated board certified personal injury trial attorney and member of ABOTA with over 31 years of trial experience. Mr. Boll has been repeatedly voted for inclusion in the Texas Super Lawyer list in Texas Monthly Magazine and as a Top Attorney in Fort Worth Magazine. Mr. Boll has been personally responsible for handling cases throughout Texas in both state and federal courts obtaining millions of dollars in compensation for clients as a result of jury verdicts and settlements. Mr. Boll helps individuals and families in death and serious injury cases against insurance companies arising from big truck, auto and motorcycle wrecks; dangerous and defective automobiles and other products; boating, jet ski, and other watercraft accidents; slip, trip, and other falls resulting from dangerous property conditions; dog attacks, and other injuries caused by dangerous animals; workplace accidents; and the general negligence of others.
